## Community Overview

River Crest is a residential neighborhood in Arden, North Carolina, set along the South Asheville corridor near the French Broad River, with easy access to Interstate 26. The community was built primarily between 2003 and 2014, and its homes range from roughly 1,500 to more than 4,300 square feet. River Crest is managed by a local homeowners association, which maintains the community's covenants, restrictions, and guidelines — all available on this website.
