What to do when your truck breaks down

Safety First Ensure you're in a safe location, preferably on the shoulder with ample space. Activate emergency flashers and place warning triangles according to regulations (10', 100', and 200' behind your vehicle). Put on a high-visibility vest if available.

Gather Information Before calling for help, note your exact location (highway, direction, mile marker or exit number), the nature of your breakdown, and whether you have hazardous materials. Have your truck information ready (unit number, VIN, make/model).

Provide Clear Details When you call, clearly explain your situation, location, and any warning lights or symptoms your truck displayed before breaking down. This helps us prepare the right tools and parts.

Stay With Your Vehicle Remain with your truck unless it's unsafe to do so. Our mobile technicians will come to your location. Keep your phone charged and available for updates.
